Do I need to pick-up the car by myself or car rental company can deliver it?

TAJEER car rental company offers you car delivery for free to any location within Dubai. However, you have an option to pick up the car by yourself from company's office in Business Bay during office hours or parking place where the car is located at that particular moment. In a case if you want the car to be delivered outside Dubai, company will add extra charges for delivery.

How much does it cost to cross toll gate?

Crossing one toll (salik) gate will cost AED 5. All gates what you crossed while your rental period will be counted and deducted from security deposit. You can also pay for it separately when you will return the car.

Does company provide insurance and what type?

TAJEER car rental company provides comprehensive insurance as per RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) requirement. It means that you are covered in case of an accident what has happened not by your fault. As a must there should be issued Police report for insurance company to cover the cost. If Police report is absent, the person who sign rental agreement will take all responsibility to cover all the cost of damages. There is CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance for additional cost. It will cover all possible expenses for accidental damages even if it has happened by your own fault. For this type of insurance Police report is also mandatory

How much security deposit I should pay and when I will receive it back?

Security deposit for rental car is starting from AED 2000. About depends on type of car you rent. Deposit should be paid in the moment of receiving the car. It will be released in 30 days starting from returning date of the car. You can chose how to receive deposit back - by bank transfer, Western Union or crypto transfer to your wallet. If in the moment of paying deposit you used option to hold on your credit card, money will be realized automatically by your bank after 21 days.

Is there any mileage limit and can I exceed it?

There is standard mileage limit 250km for any car of your choice. If you want to go for a longer trip, you must inform TAJEER car rental company in advance. Depending on car value, every extra km will be charge starting from AED 5 - AED 25. In the moment of receiving the car, odometer readings will be written down in contract and also at the moment of returning the car. Every km above 250km will be charge by deduction from deposit.

If I have received driving license recently, can I rent a car?

If your driving license is issued less than six month back, you should contact company’s representative to check, can you rent a car as per insurance terms and conditions. More expensive cars will not be available for new driving license holders. As a solution can be higher security deposit amount.
