• RENTAL POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS All vehicles are fully insured. In the event of an accident, a police report is mandatory. If a police report is not provided, the customer will become liable for the policy excess amount. Customer damages, such as scratches, rim damage, and other similar issues, are not covered by insurance and the customer will be responsible for the repair cost. Speeding and parking fines - customers will be responsible for these during the rental period and the amounts will be charged once the fine has been applied by the authority. Vehicles are prohibited from entering desert areas and any off-road driving. Failure to comply will result in a charge of AED1000. Vehicles are permitted for use within the UAE only and are not permitted to leave as the car is only insured for UAE only. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicles. A fine of AED2000 will be levied for deep cleaning and replacement of the AC filter if this happens. Salik/Darb toll fees will be charged to the customer unless this falls within the daily allowance of AED50. I.e anything above this will be paid by the customer. A daily limit of 250 kilometers is allowed (unless agreed otherwise). Additional kilometers beyond this limit will be subject to a charge ranging from AED5 to AED15, depending on the vehicle model. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it was delivered to avoid additional charges (unless agreed otherwise). Customers should promptly inform the management of any issues with the vehicle. Repairs should not be dealt with by the customer. A penalty of AED10,000 will be imposed for non-compliance with the company policy.
